保护层油墨变更

The original protective layer ink, ASKMI- P05, has been discontinued and replaced with ADVANCE-BPD-1.

At the end of the third quarter of 2024, ASKMI, the original supplier of protective layer ink, issued a notice announcing its
impending closure. After negotiation, ASKMI has agreed to continue supplying EO until the first quarter of 2026. We
simultaneously started the procurement of the second source and re-trial production verification. This second source is
BPD-1, a protective layer ink produced by ADVANCE. This second source was certified as a second source by the R&D
team and quality assurance during the product development phase, and its properties are comparable to those of the
original ink. Currently, some of EO's new customers are using resistors produced with ADVANCE ink. The original ASKMI
ink, P05, will cease supply at the end of the first quarter of 2026. Therefore, we are writing this letter to inform you that
our company will begin rolling out a replacement of the protective layer ink for our metal plate-related products starting in
June 2026. Attached is a reliability test report demonstrating that products produced with the second supplier's protective
layer ink continue to meet our company's guaranteed quality characteristics, and customer use will not be affected.
